AN UPDATE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
We are no longer taking orders for international delivery.
We've extended our usual time limit for returns just for the festive season. Any gift bought and shipped internationally between 8 October and 9 December 2020 can be returned up until 28 January 2021.
PROCESSING AN INTERNATIONAL RETURN
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll refund it. Unless faulty, this should be within 35 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.
CREATING AN INTERNATIONAL RETURN
International returns can be managed via our John Lewis returns portal. Country exclusions apply - see below for detail. To complete your return, please follow the link, enter your email address and original order number.
The John Lewis International returns portal is unable to support returns to the following countries:
Europe: Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Portugal and Norway
Rest of the world: Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Qatar, and the Philippines.
If you wish to return an order from any of these countries, please follow the below instructions:
- Package your Item(s) up securely with the delivery note inside and mark the outside of your parcel with 'RETURNED GOODS' and send to Unit A, Unit 1 Saxon Avenue, Grange Park, Northampton, NN4 5EL. Please make sure that whatever your reason for returning goods, you obtain proof of postage from your post office, and we'll credit your account as soon as possible.
- If you have changed your mind about keeping the item, you'll need to pay for the return postage, and we won't refund the original delivery charge.
- If you're exercising your EU right to cancel your order within 14 days, we'll refund you for the products and the original standard delivery charge. If your item is damaged, faulty or not as described, please call us on +44 1698 54 54 54
- Keep your proof of return until you receive confirmation you have been refunded. You will receive a refund within 28 days to the payment method that you have used to place your order.
- We’re unable to offer international customers refunds or exchanges, unless faulty, on perishable goods; swimwear or underwear that has been worn; used bedding; pierced earrings; products that have been personalised or specially ordered for you.
Please note that anything you've bought from our UK shops or from johnlewis.com cannot be returned to any of our international outlets. Please contact Customer Services directly to discuss your return.
